Conflict Management Support’s staff, board and volunteers will practice effective conflict management and adherence to the organizations values to the best of their abilities. These values include:

Constructive Conflict Management – i.e. nonviolent techniques for managing conflict.

Respect for the interdependent web of life -

Respect for our relationship to earth’s resources,
  ecology, and other forms of life.

Respect for Community and Nation States.
Respect for Higher Principles (as found in our world's religions).

Freedom and Responsibility, including:

Freedom of Speech, Thought, and the practice of Religion.
Responsibility to self, family, community, nation state, earth resources, and to a Higher Entity.

Commitment to Quality – i.e. if it’s worth doing, it’s worth doing right.
